RETURNS
Warranty Returns: If you have received a unit that develops a fault during your warranty period please contact us and we will issue a replacement item or will repair the item for you based on our Return to base warranty. Returns Process & Cooling-Off Period: Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund - as long as you do this quickly. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you take ownership of your product. After 30 days, you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault. If your item develops a fault you are entitled to a replacement or a repair under our Return To Base Warranty which is explained below. This right to a refund doesn't apply to digital products. You can, however, ask for a digital product to be repaired or replaced if it develops a fault. And if this isn't possible, or is unsuccessful, you have the right to receive a price reduction. During the warranty period we will provide support via phone and E-mail. Whereby troubleshooting is unable to resolve your issue we will issue an RMA number and request that you return the part or system back to us for testing and replacement. Excluded from warranty : Products supplied and used for highly intensive applications will have a limited parts warranty. Products used for Digital currency mining / Block chain mining will have their warranty VOID
