PAYMENT TERMS
Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase. We accept BACS , CHAPS , Paypal or personal cheque. BACS /CHAPS payment is preferable and helps to speed up the ordering process. If paying by personal cheque or Paypal eCheque, payment must clear before item is dispatched.
A payment dispute will be raised to any non-paying bidders if payment is not received within 7 days unless contact is made within this time. 

Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges and there will be no delivery until all funds have been received.
Any items returned to us via courier "refused", "addressee gone away" or cancelled orders will be subject to full cost of the impaired delivery.

SHIPPING
We aim to have all orders shipped within the 4 working days.
We ONLY deliver to confirmed address'. Unconfirmed address must be proved.

RETURNS


If you have a problem with your order please contact us as soon as possible with your order number , delivery address and a description of the issue. We are aware that mistakes and problems can always occur but we will endeavour to get any issue resolved as quickly and fairly as possible. Warranty Returns: If you have received a unit that develops a fault during your warranty period please contact us and we will issue a replacement item or will repair the item for you based on our Return to base warranty.

Returns Process & Cooling-Off Period: Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund - as long as you do this quickly.

This right is limited to 30 days from the date you take ownership of your product. After 30 days, you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault. If your item develops a fault you are entitled to a replacement or a repair under our Return To Base Warranty which is explained below. This right to a refund doesn't apply to digital products. You can, however, ask for a digital product to be repaired or replaced if it develops a fault. And if this isn't possible, or is unsuccessful, you have the right to receive a price reduction.

During the warranty period we will provide support via phone and E-mail. Whereby troubleshooting is unable to resolve your issue we will issue an RMA number and request that you return the part or system back to us for testing and replacement.

Return shipping costs and safe transport are the responsibility of the customer. You must obtain an RMA number from our support team before returning any products. This should be displayed on the RMA'd product.

We will repair and/or replace the product(s) and dispatch them back to you within 7 working days of receipt.

Used and refurbished laptop batteries, CMOS batteries and RAID batteries are not covered by our 1 year warranty, however we are happy to replace your battery if it fails within 30 days of receiving your order. We ask that you allow the battery to charge for 24 hours before taking note of how long it takes to discharge. Some batteries, especially CMOS and RAID batteries can hold their charge but are discharged upon receipt and require 24 hours of charging before use.

Excluded from warranty : Products supplied and used for highly intensive applications will have a limited parts warranty. Products used for Digital currency mining / Block chain mining will have their warranty VOID



 

ITEM CONDITION
Second-user (used) equipment may have signs of general wear and tear or cosmetic issues such as scratches, scuffs, marks, sticker residue etc which, in some cases, may not be visible in the pictures provided. These cosmetic issues do not affect the performance of equipment unless otherwise stated.

If the item has a HD installed, unless otherwise specified the HD will be erased and therefore blank. You will have to install your own OS. Please note there are no other parts included other than whats shown in the photos. We can install an OS for a small charge. All our items are purchased with the knowledge they may need maintenance/updating etc. We cannot and do not guarantee that the parts in the listings are 100% correct, we do not believe in misselling although occasionally items may go out with extra or missing parts. Job lots are sold as seen and returns are not accepted unless under special circumstances. We will always do our best to ensure the item is sent out correctly or any problems rectified as quickly as possible!
